- Payment

Payment by cash in Turkish Lira and in other major currencies such as Euro, USD and GBP. Also acceptable are Visa and Mastercard. There is a 5% discount for cash payments (not available for payments by credit card

- Cancellation / Prepayment

  • If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
  • The booking may be changed or cancelled at no cost up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. Changes or cancellations made after this time will result in a charge of one night per reserved room.

- Children and extra beds

Free! One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Only one child younger than 6 year can stay for free.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
